Hi i need some advice! I started toilet training my 3.3 year old last week. You can motivate the kid by giving her any gift if she will cooperate to participate in potty training effectively. You can also read this book "I Want My Potty" by Tony Ross. However, I will suggest you don't make any criticism because stubborn kids take criticism in the wrong manner. That's why you will have to complete the training period with great patience and courage.
