Shame to highlight a trespassing driver when the advice here is never to reveal who was driving!

the keeper received no POPLA code when contacting Euro Car Park.

and the persons name wont be included nor their actual email.

I will then wait for them to contact me before responding to Euro Car Parks.

Apologies I suffer mild learning disabilities and mental health so fining a mine field to comprehend for the persons. If they contact me back I may argue mitigating circumstances and try and reference in response anonymously as possible.

Mitigating circumstances won't work at PoPLA, so do not try that approach. There are a number of ready made template appeal points for you to use in your PoPLA appeal and can be found in post 3 of the NEWBIES.

Use ALL the points that are relevant to your case.
Get you own pics of the site and signage if possible.

You have not appealed. For some reason you emailed them.

The PCN did NOT tell you to email an appeal.

Please start again - you do know how to appeal (the NEWBIES thread tells you) and you know the right appeals page as you saw it, and ECP have even told you to do an appeal!

How can we be on 26 posts on this thread already with no appeal yet made?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Well because there is lots of conflicting thoughts to appealing .... I have gone on to the website to appeal and my reg plate is not working in correspondence to the number issued.

    Hello there,

please follow Coupon-mad's advice, she is solid as a rock and very good at all this.

You do need to submit an actual appeal according to the instructions on the PCN you received.

You don't need to go all cloak & dagger with the appeal, just submit the blue template that is on the Newbies' thread (there is only one appeal template in blue font).

But to be cautious, check your posts here and edit the bits where you have revealed who was driving the car.

I hear you about the mental health problems / mild learning difficulties. To my mind the PPCs exploit any 'weakness' if that is the correct word. There again, it's interesting how many people with such challenges turn out to be very determined once they get going! There are some great people here who will offer support but you need to follow the key pieces of advice.

There are none! The NEWBIES FAQs thread is clear - appeal using the template.
I have gone on to the website to appeal and my reg plate is not working in correspondence to the number issued.

Have you tried inputting your VRN with:

    - no gaps, or put in a gap

    or

    - change a 0 to a O

As previously advised by me, and reiterated by MistyZ, you need to go back and edit ALL your posts where the driver's identity has been revealed.

Then, you need to re-read the sticky thread for NEWBIES.

Then, The Keeper needs to appeal using the blue template from post 1 of the NEWBIES by whatever method the PCN tells the keeper to use for the appeal. The keeper will need to provide their name and address.
