There is nothing quite like home grown rhubarb. Shop bought is no where near as tasty.

Oooo I know. I have a crown squeezed into my garden. The best pudding ever is rhubarb and strawberry crumble; delicious 😋SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)2

my favourite is rhubarb batter pudding as I'm not that fond of crumble. Which is probably the equivalent of swearing on here as everyone seems to love it. Think toad in the hole with sugar!

Let me know if you struggle to find it. It is from a Good Housekeeping recipe book I was given as a wedding present in 1969, the pages of which are now decidedly brown & falling out.

It isn't the same one but near enough. It is right about fruit in season too including apples with cinnamon added.

Went onto campus today for the first time in nearly 2 years (was sent home 17th March 2020). Met with my team to see where we will be working on a Wednesday as we have been told we are expected to work in the “office” that day. The place they have found for us (they have closed our original office space permanently) is absolutely dire. A series of small rooms with 3 or 4 desks at the most so we will not all be together as envisaged. Let’s hope this isn’t the future of our office working environment, definitely better off in my spare bedroom.SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)2
