Hi all,

We learned about a hiccup with our rewards system that affected some users over the last 24 hours. Upon identifying the issue more clearly this morning, we escalated it to our development team & rectified it immediately. This was related to an update our development team made to a totally unrelated part of our new system for our content creators, so it was very unexpected.

To address this issue in the future, we’re adjusting our process in a few ways:

1 - We’re adding additional resources to our social media to identify issues more quickly. It will take us about 2-3 weeks to add these resources, so please bear with us in the meantime.

2 - We’re also already in the process of re-organizing our customer service team already, so we’ll be paying closer attention to bug escalation to our development team when issues are identified.

3 - Our development team will check our rewards system on any major code releases, even if it is seemingly unrelated.

We’re seeing the issue is broadly resolved now, but if you’re still having any issues, please be sure to clear your cache, refresh your page, and try another video (just in case it’s still cached by the browser). If you’re still having an issue at that point, please reach out to us directly via DM (we’ll monitor very actively for the next few hours) or a customer support ticket (beyond the next few hours - our CSR team is also actively monitoring over the next few days). It will be helpful if you can include what site(s) you are watching, your username or email address, and any info you think that might be helpful so we can check each case.

What browser, what site?

Recommend to use a dedicated profile in Chrome ideally without any extensions, regularly delete cache and cookies. Also, allow cookies and third party cookies. Tell Chrome to keep the window active.

I use iPad safari and cleared history but still no points

I had 6.7 points when I posted earlier at 8:.22pm, got the 200 from the code earlier and now sitting already at 450.8 points and rising literally every 1-2 min by a few more points.

I would try Chrome and not Safari.

I wonder whether this is related to the lack of points again?  Today, I had no morning 9 points;  and for a couple of days my points seem to have been capped at around 120.  Very disappointing!  So the 25 is certainly welcome.
