Have searched for the thread you talked about but no luck. Can you post a link?
Have requested planning permissions for the signs and sent relevant emails to MP and council. Guess I wait now0 -
Just Google Henry Hippo pepipoo, he only had two threads there!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, since I started this I’ve had a reply from my MP taking it up with the council, reply from planning who are looking into permissions but I have not yet received notice to keepers confirming/demanding I pay my parking fine. Seems strange as I’d of expected something after three weeks or am I getting ahead of myself?0

Your plan was flawed:
PPCs cannot even get DVLA data until day 29 at the earliest, after a windscreen PCN.1) wait three weeks for the notice of keeper to come through the door.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Cool I’ll wait another week or so0

So after waiting and starting to think I won't hear from them I've got the parking charge notice to keeper right before I head on a weeks holiday!
After checking with planning permission I've been told planning permission isn't needed for the signs 'as local authority signs they are deemed advertisement consent under town and country planning regulations 2007'. So no joy there.
I'm in the process of recapping and will post the second template in here and see how I go. Thanks for the help so far0 -
Even though this is local authority land (therefore NOT relevant land under the POFA) does the NTK suggest you are liable as keeper?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes that’s what the NTK says keeper liable but that’s not me it’s my wife0

How about your wife, the keeper, making a complaint to the Council, then when knocked back, escalating it to Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) about the Council allowing a contractor to operate Council parks 'as if it was private land' and misleading the registered keeper as to their liability?
Citing the Kent LGO complaint from January and pointing out this is the same:

That's better than waiting till DE use BW Legal to sue her.
And as a result of your LGO complaint, it might get DE kicked out and 'contractual' enforcement stopped, like Kent & High Wycombe had to.
I would LOVE to see DE kicked out of lots of sites. Couldn't happen to a nastier firm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok thanks. We will get a complaint sent out to council regarding the original ticket in her name and then go LGO.
My only concern with that is I have 28 days (?) to appeal the NTK so could be cutting it fine if they are slow at replying. If it gets to that point I guess I appeal with the template and still proceed with LGO?
Thanks again for all the advice0
