I too had to phone to have my points added. I guess none have been added and anyone who has used the voucher will lose out unless they phone nectar. Personally I think nectar is run very badly, always in their favour, as I have had to chase missing points before. My husband took out an insurance policy in January,via nectar, which offered 5000 bonus points. The leaflet said they would be credited within 60 days of the policy starting. I have been checking his statement and have now waited a week after the deadline for the points to appear. More time and money going to be wasted chasing ****** nectar points.
I used the landline number 02072096355 so at least I did not get stung with the charges of their 0844 number. I had already emailed them twice about these points and never received a reply0 -
I agree, Nectar are rubbish. :mad: I hate those coupons you take to Sainsburys for extra points, and the cashiers are not supposed to scan them but just put them in the till, "points will be added in 28 days", and surprise surprise, they never get added and I have chased things up numerous times. :rolleyes:
I really hardly ever bother with Nectar these days, usually just take the freebies.
I emailed them about this promotion, got a reply pretty quick, asking about date of transaction etc. I haven't had the time to look for it, so haven't replied yet.

I used Nectar estores and that didn't track either. I agree about the vouchers they just put in the till and tell you to wait 28 days. I don't have the time or energy to track them but I never seem to get my bonus points on my statement...
