Can you give me the phone number please because they have not added mine either. I thought the only way to contact them was to write and I have not got around to it.0 -
Well, funny old thing, they didn't add mine either. I'll email them.0

Debenhams have stopped nectar points now anyway....0

I phoned 02072096355. I got the number from www.saynoto0870.com
What a con. They are blantenly relying on people not bothering to check their statements, forgetting, or not bothering to chase it up...

Could someone help me here.
I don't understand nectar?!? What can you do with the points?
I have just joined, but don't know what I can use the points for!
Cheers OP for pointing out this offer!
Thanks

If you look at the website www.nectar.com there are a few places where you can spend your Nectar points instore (Argos, Sainsburys but no longer at Debenhams.)
500 points = £2.50 so not the best loyalty scheme by far  but you may as well earn them if you shop in any of the places offering points.
You can also excange your points for offers online. These tend to be better value. Hope that helps.

Our local Tesco also takes Waitrose vouchers - eg "save £5 when you spend £50". I don't know if this is specific to our Tesco, because there is a fairly new Waitrose nearby.
I think I get the Waitrose coupons sent to me because I have a partnership card. I only have a partnership card because of cashback through Quidco !

I finally got around to phoning them this morning about the missing points, they are crediting them to my card in the next 4 days. Its not good enough really they send these offers out and we end up chasing them for the points.0

I too had to phone to have my points added. I guess none have been added and anyone who has used the voucher will lose out unless they phone nectar. Personally I think nectar is run very badly, always in their favour, as I have had to chase missing points before. My husband took out an insurance policy in January, via nectar, which offered 5000 bonus points. The leaflet said they would be credited within 60 days of the policy starting. I have been checking his statement and have now waited a week after the deadline for the points to appear. More time and money going to be wasted chasing ****** nectar points.0
