New to forum help claiming ppi

anyone know who to complain to about little woods credit card from back in around 2002 i have on going with shop direct but they have only come up with catalogues not the credit card so i am presuming that shop direct only deal with the catalogue side of things.
also from this time debenhams card and b&q tried santander for these two who said they have nothing on file for me sure they were ge capital or ge money but dont know who to complain to

so looking at my clear score report it shows barclaycard as of now for the liitlewoods closed accounts but the account number on my live one i still have (only still have this as big limit for holidays just in case we ever need treatment abroad) but ac number on clearscore and card number dont match ?

just got of the phone to santander.
they did have my details from 2002 & 2004
no good this time as debenhams only had card protection on it bq nothing.
