Phoning switching on Mobile Data

Settings usually but dont know that phone .0

As it is an Android phone, just turn DATA off from the settings (may be labelled as "Mobile Data"). It will still work on WiFi but will not use any data when it loses the WiFi signal.0

Well that's not good. From reading the reviews for your phone, it doesn't get many good ones.
If it has a mind of its own then the only option is to get a new phone from a different manufacturer. The default settings like no data should stay set unless the manufacturer is playing stupid which it sounds like it is.
Sorry I couldn't offer any other solutions.0
