Work has kept me very busy the past two days and the time had flown. NSD x 2 as well. Tomorrow after work I have volunteering for a couple of hours so the day will be long.

More eBay sales trickling in about £8 . Had a refund of £40 from utility company as I was in credit nearly £50. This has gone in fund for holiday spends for Jersey next month.

Another early night again for me.

  • Jersey is on the long long list of places I'd love to go to. You're so good at budgeting Sunshine that you manage to afford holidays even on a smallish income :).

This year I have used Christmas money to pay for Scotland trip. My own savings for craft week , and Jersey was the spending money I brought back from Australia . Going forward I will have to be more frugal so holidays will diminish or will be Christmas and birthday presents . My big downfall is travelling :rotfl:

  • It helps that you were so frugal in Australia :). I would love to do more travelling, so that is another pot I should start :).

I've never been to Jersey, or Scotland for that matter. I love how you travel and also how you use money given or left to get you places you want to be. x

Been missing for a few days , life just got in the way. Volunteering was ok the other night, I much prefer the other committee I sit on though.

Thursday was the dentist, just a check up and all well so £22.80 , will get some back from health plan. Need to fill the form in and send off. eBay has slowed down , two more items have sold today about £6.00 profit. Monday is haircut day , that will come out of monthly spends. Waxing tomorrow, as it's Sunday it's half price:money:. It's the middle of my pay month and everything is ticking over in all the pots .
On Monday DS and I are going on a local walk about 6 miles in total , run by local council , there are two guides and the walk is around the linear walkways nor far from me. We are hoping to get some history of what the walkways used to be. Hoping it's dry weather.
Today I went to watch GS football training, it's was freezing stood still , but he was pleased I was there. All the cleaning has been done , washing is drying outside.

Have been on the next part of the decluttering project and got rid of some things , others in charity bag. Next is the drawers where I have loads of wires and cables , no idea what they are for so getting dad round to see if he can say yay or nay to getting rid. I am not a hoarder but am enjoying getting rid of things I don't enjoy looking at or are no use to me.

Everyone have a good BH weekend.
