Weekend has been busy , the Australian visitors came for their chippy tea. I wanted to cook for them but they said I had been childminding all day so we could do chip shop tea . Maybe they don't like my cooking 😂. Anyway I paid £15.50 in all , it was lovely to see them all . There are more events planned before they go home.Saturday was shopping with dad , then he came and put my new mirror up and the last room to have a lampshade got put up. Waxing and gel toes in the afternoon , then cleaning after being away last weekend.Today I ended up at out of hours GP with another UTI , it's been there since Wednesday and I didn't sleep a wink last night. It was all very efficient , the doctor confirmed my theory and I now have antibiotics again, second time in 10 weeks.Went for an hours walk as it was dry and sunny but the wind was cold , felt much better for being outside . Two hours ironing and the weekend has nearly gone.I noticed on my bank account that plusnet had took an extra £7.50 out of my account even though I am on a fixed price plan for 18 months.. Phone call later it seems it was only set up their end for 6 months , £7.50 refund winging it my way plus £10 for the error, result. With work mental health in our customers sometimes comes to the forefront and people occasionally threaten suicide for a reaction or because they are very ill. Not being a mental health expert sometimes the situations are tricky as you have to take every threat as real . Last week was a week when our team had 3 such calls and it is very sad that a person feels so bad that this is what they want to do. Anyway hopefully we won't have any this week.Relaxing is the rest of the day order.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

I don't know if you are into probiotics or fermented foods but it may be worth thinking about as you will have had lots of antibiotics in a short period of time and the good bacteria gets wiped too. Just a thought. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Hope your UTI goes away ASAP, I had lots of Uris when I first started going through the menopause but it seems to have settled down now😊
We look after patients who have attempted suicide on our ward and it can be very distressing, the youngest I've seen was only 9 years old, I wonder what sort of a world could do that to a 9 year old 😟Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1203 -
When Mr SA had the same problems he was recommended the Yakult type drinks, he had wiped away the good bacteria in his gut with chemo and antibiotics. It’s just so sad that anyone could feel so low they would prefer to be dead. One good thing is that mental health is becoming a less taboo subject.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

It’s a sad state of affairs that so many people feel so desperate especially children who should be enjoying their childhood and the biggest worry is what they should play next. I have worked with children who are anxious and feel guilty about everything and self harm and have done from being about 7 - I do worry about when the teenage years kick in. I listen and boost when I can but expert mental health help is really hard to come by with big waiting lists in my area.
I used to take acidifilous (sp) tablets after I’d been on antibiotics for a prolonged period. I’m not sure if they helped or if things would have sorted without.January spends - £587.582 -
