So I have fashioned a BIOS update that will allow you to enable it in the BIOS set up before installing the OS.

    1203 with AHCI.

You would need tp unzip it and use EZ Flash 2 to flash the BIOS.

I've read of a few people bricking that ASUS Motherboard, so I wouldn't bother unless you don't mind the risk. The work is fine, but I cannot guarantee that something else might not go wrong.

Thanks for doing that for me, that is very kind. I will leave it in my back pocket if all else fails!
Oh_No, you probably will need to do the above update especially with ssd, otherwise it may have problems with sata drives. Some old Dells did not support AHCI in their bios, but instead used a driver which did, but often tied the installation to a windows DVD that had that driver on it, and was a pita if you lost the dell install dvd. Also when things went wrong you needed that disk again, as the ms one would not work

SSD will work without AHCI, but it is still a nice thing to have.

Update: Thank you all I have successfully installed Windows 10 via DVD.

You were right. I didn't check the size of the images recently. The March 2019 update is 5.02GB in size
