Anyone been issued yet when I spoke to them payment was created on 24th December still showing up pending yet.

IK25 I rang them on the 8th and was told it can take up to 10 working days from when they processed the repayment mine was also on the 24th however it's still pending they've said it's not in for checks or anything so i dont have a clue what's going on

I have spoke to them today they first said it should be issued on the 10th of January but are now saying 13th of January or on the 20/02/2020 if it is selected for security checks

Exactly what they said to me pal 13th of january will be 1p working days because of the christmas new year and bank holidays they caused a delay , hopefully the 13th it shows issued but to be honest it sounds like a stock response they give to everybody just to stop them calling

Nope still pending mate it's getting on my tits now in all honesty if it's not in by monday/tuesday I'm ringing back

Still nothing for me either: just pending. They told me on live chat to contact them or it’s not being processed by the 24th

Called them on exactly my 10th working day to be told now it has been selected for security checks until the 21/02/2020

They told me before theres nothing on my account to show why I havent recieved my payment, so I said I'd escalate the issue by writing to them and she then said if it's not in by the 20th of january then it would have been selected for checks and wouldn't be finished until February 24th it's my 10th working day today too
