Just had a web chat and been told that there is no hold u and that they have 10 working days to issue that's all.

That’s what I been told yesterday. Not changed on the website yet.  This is joke

They are obviously fobbing people off. Everyone is being told different.

They said leave it till Friday call them then so I’ll try tomorrow see what happens what a nightmare

The call handlers do not know any more than is shown on the computer. 

 They do not know a repayment will be issued or won't be issued.

They tell you something to keep you happy and get you off the phone.

When you phone the next time it will be somebody else's problem.

They said no checks.. there is a holdup mate apparently and they are aiming to get all issued soon... how long is a piece of string I guess mate
