I have gone back through some forum chats and this happened a few years back... they got issued by end of April... they just give you generic information so I’m holding out fingers crossed.
also I’m on a Facebook group and half the people on their are pending still 👍

I have read that there is a holdup and some more should be showing as issued tomorrow 🤞

Just spoke to HMRC on the phone guys, he said my payment was processed on the 9th (filed on the 6th) and should take 10 working days from then. Which takes us to the 23rd. Didn’t mention anything about security checks and clearly said I can see the payment has been processed.Was told if I don’t have it on Friday give us a call back.

If we are going from the date that it went to bank repayment pending mine was the 12th so I also have up until 26th... it looks like a batch are just floating unfortunately we are the batch 👍
