Would like to say a big Thankyou to you all for your advice.
Did not let it drop and used Steve Clark and his team.
My parking charge has been cancelled.
In the interests of goodwill even though they were in the right it says in this instance they have decided to cancel the charge.
Phew.

Very good, and kudos and Happy New Year, to Steve Clark and Gemma Dorans for this one but we are not happy about the MET one where they tried to help MET to wheedle the driver's details out, on non relevant land.

SHAME ON THE BPA FOR THE MET ONE ON THE OTHER THREAD.

But come on ...... if they were right they would taken this to the limit and not bowed out with "goodwill"

The BPA should have kicked UKPC out when they first started their fraud ????? now they give goodwill, give me a break ???
