I fully appreciate UKPC will try their luck in court because im sure the courts quite often dont realise what the rules are that govern UKPC. In my partners case it was clearly a fraudulently issued ticket and the particular car park in question had numerous fraudulent tickets issued to other people....mainly by the warden who has now been sacked, but this is so common across all UKPC controlled car parks that all this cant be coincidence....their policies are clearly to con as much money out of innocent people as possible......some people are simply scared into paying by official looking tickets and fines but I would urge anyone who has been issued with a ticket by UKPC to look into it very carefully to make sure it has been issued within accordance to the rules of that car park which should be very prominently displayed for all to read when they go and park there. If their rules and condition are not displayed then no ticket issued can be enforced by any court throughout the land.....dont let UKPC carry on scamming money out of innocent people
