And also realise I made the BIG mistake of instantly informing PE that I was the driver, due mainly to not wanting the owner of the car I had borrowed to be stressed out having to deal with PE (though that instantly fell flat on its derriere)

STOP using a phone , use a laptop, because a phone does NOT give you full internet capability, whereas a laptop does


and if they know who was driving , then POFA is irrelevant to your case , meaning no "golden ticket" anyway
