Cathybird, thanks for scoring for us all.
I've managed 7 days in November instead of 8. Please can I have a target of 14 for November. I haven't done myself any favours the last two weeks. Stress. Too much wine. Poor sleep. Wake at 3am anxious and stressed. Struggle through the day. Drink as a relief/to reduce stress. Rinse and repeat. Finally destressed enough having two days of work Thursday and Friday to actually sleep well last night. Such a relief.
You’re not the only one who’s struggling.
Cuppa, sorry to hear you're struggling, it's good to hear from you though x
