You’re not the only one who’s struggling.Wanna_Bee_Free said:Cathybird, thanks for scoring for us all.
I've managed 7 days in November instead of 8. Please can I have a target of 14 for November. I haven't done myself any favours the last two weeks. Stress. Too much wine. Poor sleep. Wake at 3am anxious and stressed. Struggle through the day. Drink as a relief/to reduce stress. Rinse and repeat. Finally destressed enough having two days of work Thursday and Friday to actually sleep well last night. Such a relief.Live for the moment and plan for the future6 -

Hope you feel better soon Cuppa. I am trying to go for a daily walk and last week I started early morning yoga with a colleague via video which seems to have helped me sleep better. Although my back is sooo stiff and painful but I think I need to keep going and it will feel better. I'm telling myself that but don't really believe it yet!
5/14 for me today please Cathybird.

Declaring early for today Tuesday so 8/21 please.Hope things are getting better for you Wanna bee free and Cuppa. I gave up yesterday, just very fed up although logically why I thought wine would help with that I don't know! Hoping declaring early will keep me on the straight and narrow today.5

Hello, I drank more than I intended to over the weekend so today is 6/25. I will have to stay off the booze until 1 December if I am goi g to hit my target which i think is unlikely.
@ManPants I just did a One Year No Beer challenge, 28 days although I only made it to 26. It was ok, you're in a Facebook group but there were also people from my work in the group... it has tens of thousands of members so I suppose it's not a surprise. As my job is high profile I didn't feel comfortable posting, so I didn't really benefit from the support network. It's quite expensive too, so I don't think I'd do it again.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.5
