Sukeyboo is right, Maman is showing as banned. This is a strange, parallel universe indeed Cathy
I've read the banning FAQs and emailed the forum team forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and had an automated reply I've reproduced below. It doesn't look promising they'll even read it so I've found the list of board guides and sent a personal message to one of the Debt Free board guides, Enthusiastic Saver and hope they can help. If I disappear please send help!

I can't believe the news about maman! What on earth has happened? It must be some sort of mistake. I hope the board guide can throw some light on it and somehow it can be reversed. It will be so sad if she is no longer part of our community 😞

I have responded to your message Wanna bee but in the interests of disclosure am posting here too to say much as I would like to help, banning posters and re instating them is down to the forum admin team not board guides. Unfortunately I cannot even tell you why she was banned. It may take a bit longer to get a response from the admin team than normal but please persist.

I've PM'd Mallygirl, the other board guide, and received a reply today that she had passed the message on to HQ. Good thinking on messaging the forum team, WBF, I will do the same. I'd write a letter to HQ but not even sure anyone will be in the office the way things are now. We want maman back! I did back in the day know another member who got banned and then reinstated after a time, after he had very deliberately flouted the rules, so I'm sure it's possible. We can only hope
