    Not managed any more AFDs yet, and as we are going out to dinner tonight, having family over for dinner Sunday not sure when the next one will be. However hoping that posting will keep me accountable.

    Saturday night alcohol free tho so pleased with that. I will try hard tomorrow too.
    Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.
