It’s how many days AF you have done out of your target. So if the target you have set yourself is 15 and you have achieved 10 days you would report 10/15

I was shopping this morning and I saw some McGuigans Zero 0% wine.
Has anybody tried it?  My past experiences of alcohol free wine aren't good, but for 'normal' wine I do like McGuigans.

I haven't tried this one, must look out for it. I am happy to have  alcohol free white wine in a spritzer but haven't found a decent AF red.
Welcome by the way, it is good to have you here. 🙂
