Thanks for offering a different way of looking at itmarahouti said:
Don't be disappointed in yourself. We can't remove temptation from every aspect of our lives, and in my opinion we shouldn't try. If you don't have any wine, chocolate or whatever because it isn't available that's good but really it's because you didn't have any choice in the matter. Yes you bought some wine but you have the choice whether to drink it or not. You probably won't but you could, it's up to you 🙂.doingitanyway said:I went shopping and did not resist a bottle of wine on offer. I haven't had any wine in the house for a few weeks. It doesn't count unless I drink it, but still feeling a bit disappointed in myself for bringing temptation in...16/31 please cathybird
13/21 for yesterday please cathybird. Thank you. X
I did crave the wine last night but I think that is because it was on view. I've put it in a cupboard so it is easier now.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Today is 9/12 for me please. After not meeting April and March targets at least unless something goes wrong like being sent to work from home again I’ll meet my target this month.3

Well done Lantanna, it feels good to know a target is in reach. I can make mine too but there's not a lot of slack so can't really afford a wobble. I did have a planned drinking day yesterday but drank too much and need to be aware of that.Declaring early for today Monday so 11/18.2

Hello everyone thank you for the good wishes. Life very busy but with work now we are allowed to function again. Still fitting in a bit of sewing. Have only managed 2 afds but watch this space this week. Family life is very trying with us all here together with OH who is a massive lockdown sceptic. He doesn’t want to catch it tho! My one DS is finding it all difficult with his anxiety and there have been words. OH is now keeping his thoughts to himself as I will not even talk to him about it. He relies on me for my science/medical knowledge. So we have a bit of piece thank g*d! Hope everyone is well. I will catch up with the thread at some point. Enjoy the sunshine 😎Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.2
