1/20 for yesterday too please Shaggy. Good to kick the month off early and I intend to be AF today too.
Very challenging times and difficult to avoid the 'I deserve a treat' feeling after being isolated all day. I can quite understand why people are stocking up with booze and maybe for most that isn't a problem. I just do not want to go back to the wine every or even most nights.7 -
Morning all, it's 2/21 for me today

Me, too. It's heartening for me that I know it's not just booze I want but a treat at the end of the day. I have plenty of gin and other stuff in the house but what I want is my current favourite wine. I'd be sad if I couldn't get that but it's probably better that I just buy in enough for the weekend. It suited me last week when there was a limit of how much people could buy of anything. As stocks return to normal, I'll have to find ways limit myself. Usually I buy in loads at a time when the offers are on but limit myself by going out and doing stuff on weekday evenings. That's not an option now. Apologies for thinking aloud.maggiem said:I can quite understand why people are stocking up with booze and maybe for most that isn't a problem. On the plus side, I haven't found this week as long as last week. It's Friday tomorrow.
2/10 AFDs please Shaggy.

Sukeyboo I get that completely. Me too
Maman, that’s where I’m at. I love my wine and would want to drink it if it was in the house. I can restrict myself with sweets, chocolate and biscuits etc, by having 1-2 and putting them back. I can’t do that with wine. Once the bottle is open it in the recycling by bedtime.Live for the moment and plan for the future7 -

For some reason I’m craving wine this afternoon. If it was in the house it wouldn’t be safe this evening.I’ve tried to analyse why. It’s habit, boredom and feeling like I want a treat myself because I can’t see my friends or do outside the house activities. It’s sounds selfish in the grand scheme of things. 😢Live for the moment and plan for the future6
