The figures aren't final - some are from yesterday, still waiting for some people to declare for today - and let me know if I've got anything wrong!0

Great totals rolling in, well done everyone! 13/19 for yesterday and today and 37/150 for my target for the year. April is my best month so far, and May should be even better. Thanks for scoring Shaggy and Cathybird!0

finishing April on 23/28, thank you Shaggy and cathybird for the scoring! I'm delighted to have a BEE! Really, really well done on the marathon Barney - I don't think I could run the mile into the village without stopping, (several times), for a breather; and a very happy birthday for yesterday GreenKaren; I caught the Harrogate show on the first day - I do love a flower show though it was packed! All the best for Vietnam, AnnieG, exciting times!
I'm hoping to edge below the 25 mark for the BMI early May, which will give me plenty of time to lose a little more weight before I have the cholesterol checked again ... so all the more reason to stick to the plan.0 -
Finishing April on 11/10 Shaggy and I'm 3/5 for SNC.0

Happy new month. Unfortunately my totals for April are the same 13/16 yesterday was a big fail. My sleep is terrible at the moment. I go to sleep for 2/3 hours then wake up around 3 and that's it for a couple of hours. I then go back into a deep sleep for a couple of hours then wake up again then back to sleep and thenOH wakes me up at 8 with a coffee  Am so miserable about it this morning. Am rubbish without my sleep. Am miserable about my drinking too really and the inevitable two packets of crisps and Easter egg munching that follows.
Calling in early for tonight 1/16 and 2/5 snc please.
Thanks you Shaggy and Cathybird.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0 -
Morning all !
Arsenal I know thar feeling well , I’m having terrible sleep , I’m moving this weekend and I can’t stop worrying about it and everything also in RL ,,,, I think I’ve packed well , then go into a room and nearly pass out on the prospect of packing more ,, I can most this house going out in blue ikea bags and so on ,,,,,,,!:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -
I have empathy with you poor sleepers. I'm much the same although when I wake ( a couple of times a night) I do get back to sleep fairly quickly. I listen to the radio and put it on a timer.
On my drinking days, I probably do get off to sleep faster but I'm determined not to use drinking as a way of self medicating. Same on the snacking which is so easy to fall into when drinking. If I do have the munchies I try to eat healthy things (can't have crisps in the house as they call to me). Sorry if it sounds like preaching. I'm not, just explaining how I cope with the issues.
No drinking today. I'm out again this evening and driving which always makes it easier and now it's a habit.
Great when the month starts mid-week so I can get off the blocks immediately.
1/10 AFDs please Shaggy and 3/4 for the SNC.0 -
Many thanks to Shaggy & Cathybird for keeping the totals :T:T:T
