    Change of mind on my part - it was a really hot day today and my last night of the trip so I went down the street and had a lovely dinner with two drinks and a truly ginormous serving of ice cream. It was ace! Tomorrow will also not be AFD but after that back in the saddle till the end of Oct. So I'm still on 18/21. :)

    Really pleased to read that news AnnieG - brilliant!

    In terms of AFDs I'm doing really badly and am now away again. Giving up for October, intending yet again to restart in November. Hope everyone else is doing rather better than me.
