Morning all, 22/21 for me today.0

Thank you everyone. We had a lovely time and the staff couldn't have been more attentive or kinder. It's a fish restaurant where they use paper tablecloths (and linen napkins), on which one of their very talented members of staff had drawn a pair of seahorses, especially and beautifully, and treated it as a general anniversary with scattered hearts, a banner, and a card signed by all the staff. If anyone's ever in Plymouth and looking for somewhere really lovely I'd suggest here. It's a place we use quite a bit one way or another, and I've never heard a bad word about it from anyone we've recommended it to. They made the celebration exceptional - we'll both remember that meal for a long time. We don't eat out that often any more because both of us are rather keen cooks, so it really was a treat.
27/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -

Good afternoon everyone,
17 please Shaggy
Had a lovely week away with the family, glad we missed the extreme heat at home and the weather further West was a blessing.
Congratulation HB on 5 years AF that is a fantastic achievement and I'm sure you are a lot healthier in body and soul.
Arsenal, sorry your wound is not healing the way you'd hoped, you will hopefully be pain free in the not too distant future.
Seeing the Consultant on Tuesday for my results and to discuss what happens next and when, I'm keeping everything crossed.
Take care for now everyone.

Fingers crossed for you arkers and hope you feel better today arsenalbarnie.:)
I had an AF Friday night. I forced myself but it was worse in the anticipation. I'm still trying to shift the pounds I gained on my holiday so vanity drove me on.:o

27/31 thank you Shaggy.
5 years AF is a fantastic and real, tangible achievement HB. Good for you. I don’t think I am at the stage yet where I could aspire to that, realistically. My goals at the moment are much more modest.0 -

Have let a few sneaky glasses of wine back in on Friday and Saturday. Will be back on it today. Feeling a bit better, don’t know if the wound is it’s all covered up still. Managed a walk hanging on to OH yesterday.
