Thanks for letting us know you're rallying Arkers and Arsenal Barnie. I hope the post-op recovery is painless and quick for you both.

At my heaviest I was 68.6 kgs in May; I'm now 66 kgs on the button. It's not a lot to lose in two and a half months, but it's going in the right direction. Having teeth out means you don't want to be chewing food, so it's stopping me eating too much.

    17/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

I think I'm catching the weight you're losing Honeybear! Must get better at food choices as well as alcohol choices!

You won't have to hang on to it for long Maggie M. My resistance to chocolate and cheese is zero - I'll have those kilos back in a week or two in all likelihood.

    18/31 please, Shaggy.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
