Would like to give this no stars
Made an order for £24 on 31st March advised despatch in three workIng days and they would email me to advise of despatch.
Nothing, no email and no goods. Sent an email with no response.
I have seen the very negative review, something has to be done to stop them offering goods for sale, taking peoples money and not delivering.
    Shocking!

Something does need to be done to stop people buying from these sites. People who have the nouse to use the internet should know enough to stop buying from them. Do their research before they part with their money.

First thing i do when i come across a website with something for sale. Does it have a UK phone number and address?

If not then its instantly skipped.

Then I Google the address and see if its an actual business and if the name has changed.

Looking for a car a while back and Googled the business address and a bit of searching noticed the company name changed 4 times in 3 years.

All slight variations on the same name, found a few negative comments online and one person mentioned filing a claim against them.

Assumed they get that a lot and changed the business name, avoided them and looked elsewhere.

    YES.
It does seem to be the right point in time to say this.

I have started to think..how do other people actually shop online.

I'm not sure, but do a lot of people just think it's like big encyclopaedia that gives you the best information.

While it is definitely useful for instant gooogle answers , when it comes to retail, do a lot of people not know you shouldn't just google up " cheap discount rock bottom prices for x", because if that's what's happening, I'm not sure what , if anything, can be done, but there are no big campaigns on tv for example.

I made a similar point on another thread but another poster disagreed. They said they didn't always have time to check out a company before giving them their hard-earned cash.
I don't think they liked my comments about personal responsibility.

Or you know, people could be decent human beings and earn money legally instead of scamming others, I've been buying and selling online for over 20 years and I've never had a problem, anyone can get caught out.

But that's the world we live in nowadays.
It would be wonderful if everyone was honest.
    But they aren't.

    Wary?
With 2 posters complaining they've not received their goods, I'd be running for the hills with my credit card tucked firmly in my purse.
