Hi,

Has anyone had a successful order from this website?
primeextra.co

Ordered March 4th it's now April 8th, emailed numerous times asking where my order was and never received a response, left negative review on website as did others which were then deleted by Prime Extra. Continued to post and have now received an email telling me my order has been cancelled (apparently refunded) and that I've been reported to the police for spamming the website with 'misleading' reviews and they'll bring 'further charges' if I continue, email received below claims their Customer Service are 'doing amazing and responding to customers' I find it hard to believe that any reputable company would delete negative reviews within minutes of receiving them, they would surely contact the customer and try to resolve the issue.

'We have processed and delivered over 38,000 orders to our lovely customers. We have only had 236 cases of missing parcels or orders shipped to the wrong address. Our customer service are doing amazing and responding to our customers, unfortunately there have beeen cases of fake customers claiming to have ordered from prime extra, but actually ordered from somewhere else.! Same product is £24 on amazon, feel free to get it from there. Your order has been cancelled and a refund processed within 3 days. We will bring forth evidence of prime extra fulfilling customer orders and being a reputable company since 2017. If you have any evidence of prime extra not shipping orders, please bring it forward also. All orders are processed within 1-3 days and our delivery timeframe is 8 to 18 business days depending on country or location.!

As we have stated in the previous email, if you keep spamming our website with fake and misleading reviews, we will bring forth more charges.!

It's a Canadian site so if they haven't refunded you can't use Uk law to get it http://whois.domaintools.com/primeextra.co

You certainly don't need to worry about the police, who have many better things to do than be concerned about reviews on a website.

If you get your money back then I think you've had a lucky escape, I would never do business with a company that doesn't provide either an address or a phone number, and which, as far as I can see, doesn't even tell you which country's laws apply to your order.

Setup a facebook group or own website explaining your dealings with them and see how long it takes them to refund.

They cant delete your posts on your own site or group :)

Just keep it to the truth and they cant do anything.

Thanks for the replies everyone, tbh it was a late night purchase on Instagram and I didn't research anything. Checked out Trustpilot and the 7 reviews they have are all 1 star. Was only £6 and postage but god knows how many other people have had the same experience so all adds up

I've had a look at their site and about every 2 minutes , Sharon from oxford or Rachel from edinborough have " just ordered a Dutch mutcher"
Which seems to be a made up name for a Chinese made dicing tool.

Would like to give this no stars
Made an order for £24 on 31st March advised despatch in three workIng days and they would email me to advise of despatch.
Nothing, no email and no goods. Sent an email with no response.
I have seen the very negative review, something has to be done to stop them offering goods for sale, taking peoples money and not delivering.
    Shocking!

Patty - I went to the product I ordered and left multiple 1 star reviews other people did too, they kept deleting them so I carried on and they quickly got in touch, claim they have cancelled and refunded so will see in a couple of days
