Feel free to comment not viewed yet and unsure when the other one came on the market but it was reduced in April.

I guess swapping small newer home, for larger older home that needs a little work, will you be living in it or renting out?

Makes me wonder why anyone would pick the one your selling over the one you want to buy. It has power lines at the end of the garden but not over it, but it could be worse check out the Arial view of 52 The Thicket, Portchester

Thanks for the comments turned out buyers have offered on another property last week so they wish to pursue that when asked to commit to survey before taking mine off the market.

I’m going to live in the house with my new partner and we want a fresh start hence selling old marital home. Interesting re power lines it’s close to my old property so used to have them at the back there too.

Re kitchen that will completely need redoing it’s horrible but also the single storey extension Is strange.

As I said I haven’t viewed it but to me it looks bigger than mine. Maybe it isn’t wish they would put sizes on floor plan m2 is so much easier.
