I took delivery of the Super Router last week - installed Ok.
In the booklet there is a note - "It'll take a few days before it reaches a steady speed, so it may fluctuate before then."
Is that why I am getting frequent - your connection has been interrupted messages ?

The router will try for the best speed it can before it finds a stable speed. Frequent connection interruptions sounds like the line is not stable. Frequent sounds a bit excessive but others with that router can comment better.0 -
Have you asked about this on the TalkTalk forum?

About 10 to 14 days is the norm .
Starts off at high line speed then gradual reboot to a lower speed until it finds a speed and stable connection .0 -
Hi Robin9,
There is a stabilisation period if you've just joined or upgraded to fibre. This usually lasts for around 14 days and it's normal to experience varying speeds and occasional drops in your connection during this time. If you do continue to have problems, please don't hesitate to drop us a line. You can reach my team directly over Twitter (@TalkTalk), reach out on our Online Community or get in touch using one of the methods on our Help & Support Page.
