    Read post #38 again. As you have received the other side's WS & evidence, you must have a court date so you have your deadlines in that letter, as KeithP already told you.

    And the link I gave you tells you what to do, whether or not you are now 'late'.

    All of this is in the NEWBIES thread and always was. It tells you what to expect when and how to do each stage. And you are the 4th person today filing a possible late WS so be grateful it is the weekend so you can (hopefully) get this done now.
