I received multiple PCNs from CEL
    MY updated Defence Draft below
    In The County Court
    Claim No: XXXXXXX
    Between
    UKCPS Ltd (Claimant)

    -and-

    XXXXXXX (Defendant)

    UKCPS?

A much better defence apart from that glaring error. :)

Thanks. I submitted this draft after making the changes you pointed out. Do you think this defence is going to cut it and make them think twice? What can I expect next?

    Hi Guys,

I received a defence acknowledgement letter in the post from the courts. So now just waiting for the DQ I guess.

    Hi Guys,

Ive received the questionnaire through the post, I will be filling this out in the next coming days.

Also I have got my local MP involved. They will write up a letter to CEL in the hope of having the tickets cancelled, If they do not have much luck with this, they will happily write a supporting letter for me to take to court. What do guys? Is this a good idea?

    A very good idea.

Don't forget you don't just turn up ambushing the Claimant with evidence on the day of the hearing, of course - read the NEWBIES thread and bargepole's posts about COURT PROCEDURES.

Great, they have received complaints about this car park on a number of occasions so they say, and have written to them before. However they have had very little success.
