I did not realise today was the deadline for the DQ. As a last resort, due to the day and time, the only option I had was to send it via email with snapshots of the DQ to the following address ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk. I could not log into MCCOL. have I screwd it up or is all still good!?

    That should be OK.

Maybe you could also send it in the same way, and to the same email address, as you sent your Defence (refresh your memory by re-reading post #6 above)? But that really depends on the quality of your 'snapshot'.

Don't forget to send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant - address on your Claim Form.

I also sent the DQ to the claimant at the same time.

Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.

Is there not a paragraph something like:
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.

Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.

    When is your hearing date?

As your case has been running on here for over 6 months, I'd have thought you'd have been all over every CEL case that came up during that period (we have, along with the other 125 parking company cases that have been involved in the 7,000 threads opened in that period) so that you'd have anticipated how they'd next proceed.

You need to be (should have been) reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 for 'next steps'.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
