Just a update..I have been checking emails every day for a response from highview as of yet April 29th i have heard nothing ? If in the mean time when i do i will copy and paste ANY messages forward . Last message they sent was asking for named driver ,Which i did not respond that email was April 4th .0

Did you send the blue appeal template from the NEWBIES? If so, to whom did you send it?
Was the initial PCN/NTK from Highview?
If you sent the blue template to Highview, has more than 35 days elapsed since you sent it?
