Maybe I'm missing some basic technical understanding here, but here goes. If a bank can provide software to enable your mobile phone (i.e. a computer) to act as a secure key device, why can't it do the same for your desktop (i.e. a computer)?

Phones are a much more controlled environment that PCs.0 -
