lets see what the market is like.
(some of the low price are building plots)
within 10miles 0-300k 2bed +
for sale 151/42 SSTC
Plenty of stock to chose.
how does that breack down
price.. 2b.....3b......4b+
0-100 08/04 03/00 01/01
0-150 20/07 12/04 02/02
0-200 29/09 32/11 10/03
0-250 34/09 55/16 25/07
0-300 35/11 73/20 43/11
There are 3 bed selling in the price range 250-300
I would start with the £300k SSTC and work down, to see what people have viewed and made offers on.
here is the 250-300 3b+ link.
250-300 --/-- 22/5 18/5
that's 10 to look at for comparisons.
here they are on a map0 -
Nothing to add other than I agree that the main living area is cramped with too much furniture. The bedroom with 2 single beds needs to have a bed taken out.
Other than that, give it time.
I came on here for advice when i was trying to sell my house. It took me a year and a half to sell but I made all the changes suggested and that definitely helped.0 -
People are holding off if they can because of Brexit uncertainty. You can sell in the current market but only if you price very competitively (read cheap).
Many on this board seem to be burying their heads in the sand and will tell you that a chair is is the wrong place, but the market is just stagnant.
The sellers of the house you will be wanting to buy will wondering where you are at the moment- but you wont be able to carry out serious viewings yourself either - the market has seized
Yep, get the price right and the chairs will take care of themselves.0 -
Did it sell?0

How many times and by how much did you drop the price on your property, before it sold, CT?Crashy_Time wrote: »Yep, get the price right and the chairs will take care of themselves.0 -

Looks like a lovely and well-presented house. Personally I'd take out at least one of the sofas to show off the space a bit more, but to be fair, a lot of buyers may have more sofas than I do and might like to see they could fit them all in.0

Price it right and the new buyer will easily take care of sofas.0
