Thanks for the help. POPLA appeal sent (I hope)

    Clear as mud their instructions.

Why is it not clear whether your file uploaded correctly? One small line that just said appealdoc in a very light coloured font, which is the the text i put into the message box.

Why does it not show the full filename and the file size, so you know it worked?

Can you call the POPLA assessor as a witness? :)

Seems they want you to use that 2000 character limit box rather than attach a file.
If you type a chunk into that box will it override your pdf or doc you attach? Use the text in the box as the main appeal and quick scan the attachment?

    Cynical me? :)

    Quick update...

43 days after the appeal was uploaded and confirmation received i contacted POPLA and they said its within 21 days. Did a thread on that already though.

Quick scan of what they uploaded I spotted a couple of things, one sign they show visible on entry is facing different directions on some of the pictures. One picture visible on entry the other only visible on exit (same sign).

As C-Mad mentioned, let them send the entrance sign with no terms and conditions on it and they did just that.

Another picture shows a sign on the wall but another shows a blank wall and no sign.

They believe their ANPR is accurate, and maybe i read it wrong but the grace period is already accounted for in the 90 minutes they allow? Cant be right maybe i misread?

14 documents uploaded but 6 of them are identical and another 2 are duplicates also. Just 5 unique documents.

Will have to have a proper read later. Thanks all :)

What, they've shown the same wall twice, once with a sign and once without?

That appears to be the case. Quite a bit of duplication but im checking the pictures carefully.

As you suggested they supplied the entrance sign which say terms and conditions apply but does not state what they are.

Did you see my other thread POPLA lied? Should that be merged with this one?

    Thanks

Trawling my way through their evidence, two photo's appear to be from at least 2015, the store had an upgrade since then one wall sign has vanished and one sign thats visible on the entry is now facing into the carpark.

Google streetview from 2018 shows no wall sign.

That's the sort of thing to put in your 2000 character (not words!) comments.

    Can i add links?

They believe the ANPR is reliable with regular checks but a quick google finds several recent issues where people double dipped minutes or hours apart and got tickets. Howto mention these in few words?
One news article was the KFC over the road from this incident.

They play on being 15 minutes over the 10 minute grace period.

Waffle about parking eye and Beavis. Irrelevent in a totally free carpark?

Is there anything i need to post up? No idea what to look for on the landowner contract?

    Thanks
