Tesco PPI Issues

I hope this is in the right place. Anyway, Tesco have made me an offer for missold PPI and asked me to return my signed approval of their offer along with proof of my address as its different to what they held. I downloaded and printed my BT bill (lets face it, who's not paperless these days) and sent all in the week…

Update - licence returned to me today via special delivery and funds are in my bank account. Lesson learnt for me is that during the whole PPI reclaim process that I need verified acceptable paper copies of utility bills. My licence will not be leaving my possession until the the time comes to update it.
