I have had the same problems too!
Have been waiting for months to hear anything, I wonder why they went to the bother of emailing and asking for my details if they were never going to bother to get in touch?!
The most irritating thing is that I have also emailed them, 5 times over the last few weeks, without even a hint of a reply.
How bloody difficult would it be to get back to us with a quick and simple email?! It is just soooo rude, and I all I want is an answer!

Can any of the texperts on here give an insight into how the whole thing works? I've used the service from time-to-time and have asked some strange questions (largely to see how creative the response is).
How are questions allocated? What are the timescales for a response to the customer? And, the burning question, what are the more unusual questions that have been asked?
Surely the company behind Texperts must be using the information they get in, in the form of questions to sell on or generate publicity? I mean, Texperts could be a barometer of the public mindset. Just a thought0 -
