Lots of stress eating this last week so I'm lucky to get away with a sts

I'm going to be a bit more careful next week with what I eat, and try to get in a few more walks

    CRANKY. WEIGH IN!!!

Morning All, I’m feeling happy today! We finally got the bulk of carpeting put down upstairs yesterday, it’s so luxurious and decadent being able to walk about in bare feet without slipping and getting cold feet! Just walking up the actual stairs feels so different and it’s made it so much quieter!
This morning I weighed in at 13st 8lbs so that’s a 1lb[/COLOR][/ loss for me please Cranky! Quite pleased with that as I haven’t been trying particularly hard so it was a nice surprise. Have a great Bank Holiday weekend everyone.
    Luv K9zz x

    Nothing for me this week.

It's been a !!!! week and I've turned to food, although thankfully not gained anything.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Sorry Cranky, just after you've done your chart!

I have lost 1lb this week. Not quite sure how, but happy with it anyway.

Another STS for me please Cranky

I did a bit of gluten free baking and testing this weekend so I’m happy I’ve not gained.

    Today’s plan is

Yoghurt, blueberries, chia seeds, peanut butter, coffee with milk

Leftover chicken, sprouts, 1 small new spud, gf yorkshire pud and gravy. Cup of tea

Cup of tea and homemade gf hob nob biscuit

    Tuna salad.

    Have a good week all.

K9zz I downloaded the noom coach app when I was exploring food logging apps in March. It asks you questions and assigns you a team leader coach who messages you within the app to keep track. I think it was about changing your behaviour patterns as well as nutrition. I deleted it after a few days and didn’t complete the free trial. I only wanted to track carbs so thought it was quite expensive just for that so I went for a cheaper app.

    Afternoon Everyone

I seem to keep going astray and not posting. I'm not doing very well with losing any weight so am not going to have any recorded weigh ins for a bit but make sure I keep posting to keep motivated - if that makes sense.

It's been a busy weekend at work and I shall be there till late tonight. I've already been up there twice for various reasons today. Still at least it adds to my steps. I had a swim this morning but there was no tennis with it being Bank Holiday. I invited Mum round for lunch as none of her regular activities that keep her occupied were on today. I shall take a packed meal to eat at work tonight.

Lunch: Poached egg on home made sourdough toast. Raspberry cheesecake topping - I made mine without the base.
Dinner: Chicken mayonnaise salad with almonds.
