Anything wrong with this house?

I've had my eye on the house market for a while now as I'll be looking to buy in a few months. This one has been on the market for ages now and I really like the look of it, but I wonder what might be wrong?
It seems to be in a reasonably decent area and nicely decorated. Am I missing something perhaps? Its already been reduced - I think it was originally on for £120k.

I would imagine the ruddy great sewer / water mains hatch in the back garden has something to do with it not moving / putting people off. Look at the pictures on the sold prices listing - there are 11 there, picture 11 is the issue.0

Just move the trampoline forward. Nobody'll notice.
Well, until they try and bounce on it...0 -
