Anything wrong with this house?

I've had my eye on the house market for a while now as I'll be looking to buy in a few months. This one has been on the market for ages now and I really like the look of it, but I wonder what might be wrong?
It seems to be in a reasonably decent area and nicely decorated. Am I missing something perhaps? Its already been reduced - I think it was originally on for £120k.

I would imagine the ruddy great sewer / water mains hatch in the back garden has something to do with it not moving / putting people off. Look at the pictures on the sold prices listing - there are 11 there, picture 11 is the issue.

Yikes. That's the sort of well cursed children get pushed down in Japanese horror movies.

Just move the trampoline forward. Nobody'll notice.

Well, until they try and bounce on it...
