But you will.
Block their number and/or tell them to remove your phone number from their database and only contact you by letter to your current address for service.
CEL will issue a claim in the end so make sure they have your current address at all times and no old address in their database is retained (require any old address to be erased under the GDPR). Come back when you get the claim, and in the meantime never mind QDR, read CEL claim threads to learn from them and prepare in advance.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Update.
Received a letter from CEL, giving me one last chance to pay £182 in full or agree a payment plan.
Also to visit https://www.countycourtdebtclaims.co.uk to download there information sheet reply form, Finacial Statement and ParkingEye v Beavis Summary of Supreme Court Judgement.
Also advising me to get advice from Citizens Advice and other similar organisations.
And finally if we do not receive a reply within 30 days from the date of this letter (6thJune) but will issue proceedings in County Court, also stating they will be claiming there legal fees..this matter remains unresolved cost are going to escalate.0 -
So it's just the usual bog standard LBC, for which you know from the NEWBIES thread already, NOT to use the forms...never to ring the CAB about a parking scam (as their advise if duff) and you also know from our threads here, that the costs are not going to escalate.
Payment plan indeed, LOL, court stage is where these cases are won!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all who have contributed to this thread. I was issued with a PCN for Custom House Quay as the registered keeper towards the end of last year. Having read this thread I decided to dispute the charge using your template. I just got a letter from Civil Enforcement Ltd confirming cancellation without having to go to POPLA. Just thought you would like to know...!0

That's good to know about your case.
This is really a thread for Pastty's case though and I am quoting them in the hope they get a notification and tell us about whether they have yet received a claim form so they can win the case and kill the scam at last!Update.

I have just had a PCN through the post in relation to this location. Please do you have a copy of the letter you used to challenge this? If does anyone have a template I can use that has been successful? I apologise if they are somewhere obvious but a newbie to the site.
