Hi all, i have just received the reply to my appeal with ukpc, to my astonishment they have refused to cancel the ticket, as i understand i now must appeal using popla. is there anything i should or shouldnt do or say? all advice appreciated0

So read the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread and also search UKPC POPLA.By all means appeal to UKPC for the latest one if you are in time but as they are known scammers, don't expect much.
Then your option is to appeal to POPLAPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
