i'm looking at the letter and they're called uk parking control ltd. (ukpc) based in uxbridge middlesex and they're registered with bpa i've checked that and they're on the members list. Do i appeal or ignore?

Yes, that is a mail box in a newsagents in a small parade.
The big cheese is in Beaconsfield, Bucks.
I understand it may be registered up north.

One can understand why scammers hide themselves away ??

The first one now with DRP can be ignored

By all means appeal to UKPC for the latest one if you are in time but as they are known scammers, don't expect much. They will no doubt try their little wheeze of "who is the driver" ??
Then your option is to appeal to POPLA

So, was your wife in the car park for the second one ?

the ntk is addressed to me as i am the registered keeper.
should i just use the newbie template to appeal both? or is the older one (beginning feb) now too old to appeal?( drp letter issued mid march)

Use the template on day 26 as per the NEWBIES thread if you have a new one.

The DRP one, ignore entirely but complain to the landowner to try to get these cancelled that way (the easiest way, especially when it's a retail park - all you do is Google who runs it and email them giving them the PCN numbers and threatening to remove your family's future £££).
she's obviously parked where she wasn't supposed to
    Not true.

I didn't reply last night as I felt you were badly judging your wife and were a bit rude about her, when it's UKPC you should be rude about. Please change your mindset and recognise this scam for what it is.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think UKPC are IPC members so would use IAS for appeals (they have the BPA logo on their website, but it's the rectangular one

I think your eyesight is failing MB:

No, not Beaconsfield, their website lists an office in Coventry and Companies House says their registered office is in Coventry, quite close to the railway station and at least 1 pub. Which might explain some things about them ;)

No don't get taken in by their scamming BS!

They have a number of false postal pick ups as BG says.

They list one in Uxbridge which is a post office sorting office.
The one BG is on about is a shop in Denham.
Their scam HQ in Coventry is another mail drop.
Their real offices are off Gregories Road Beaconsfield next to the railway line, all contrived by the scammers to hide their tracks, scum!

Hi beamerguy my wife parked in the carpark of a local gym both times and said that she didnt get a ticket (which i'm inclined to believe) then a month later a ntk, which she said she had checked and said to ignore it. fast forward a month and we get a drp letter for the first ticket and a ntk for a second ticket. I'm not sure whether to ignore all of it or appeal
WIFE ISN'T A GYM MEMBER BY THE WAY AND WELL AWARE OF THE FACT THAT SHE SHOULDN'T PARK THERE!

hi coupon mad, i'm sorry if you feel i was being unkind about my Mrs, but she definitely parked where she wasn't supposed to and now i have to spend my time trying to figure out how to proceed with all of this, rather than doing something more productive with the few hours i get to myself. I forgive her lol
i thought that the day26 thing was for windscreen tickets but i will re-read it and see where i end up.
    All the best

Oh, so it was a postal PCN then? A Notice to Keeper.

No need to wait to day 26.

yes they sent me a ntk which i mistakenly ignored, this has now resulted in a letter from DRP, is it too late to appeal this one? OR Do i Ignore as some say? due to misrepresentation on their part?
They have also sent me a second ntk for £100 which i now understand i can appeal using the newbie template

Do i Ignore as some say? due to misrepresentation on their part?
What misrepresentation? Where did you get that advice?

You ignore the first NtK on the basis that it is now too late to appeal and it has been handed over to DRP. The NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 gives further advice on debt collectors.
They have also sent me a second ntk for £100 which i now understand i can appeal using the newbie template
Get on with that one now.
