Yet that experienced regular isn't prepared to put their money where their mouth is and pay the resulting CCJs of anyone who loses. Until people advising what they do are prepared to put their money where their mouth is I place absolutely zero confidence in their advice. People like yourself will say it is the one to follow because it fits in with your views, not because there is actually any basis in reality. Many people who have followed such advice have found themselves with CCJs down the line.

Can you show the evidence that "many people" who have followed the advice here have ended up with a ccj please?

That is not so. I'm aware of that type of thinking: 'x is true because I want it to be true'. It is very, very common, particularly on the internet.

I read hundreds & hundreds of posts before I began to encourage people to fight all the way to court if necessary, to confirm for myself that there was indeed a good success rate.

I also try to get some idea of whether people are inclined to fight, just continuing to post after losing at POPLA rather suggests that in itself, but there are often other hints about how they're thinking and whether or not they would welcome encouragement to proceed.

You only get a CCJ if you lose at court, then don't pay. I've never seen a single post from anyone advising that they ignore a court ordered payment.

I never put people at risk of any CCJ!
Do you think its better to pay up rather waiting in fears what they will do next?
    Don't be daft.

Hi Guru's ...got another one with same thing (permit not displayed properly) two weeks ago. I didn't even bother to appeal to it.
As you mention earlier I have started getting debt collector letter for £160 for the last one. I am just sitting tight. Do you thing the debt collector agents will come and clamp by car or take my stuff for the house?

no they wont , not possible unless the PPC went to court and won a judgment (court order) , then if you failed to pay within one month they could pay for enforcement by bailiffs , which is what you are talking about

no court order = no doorstepping

surely you have seen the ones on TV where they always have a court order before appearing ?

Then do so, on day 26, as per the NEWBIES thread if this is from the same BPA member.

You need to kill this new one off at POPLA so stop ignoring it.
