Got a letter to keeper charge notice for not displaying the permit properly. The pictures were taken mobile phone and send me this letter issued just after one day of the parking day. I appealed saying i am not sure who parked the car and the date and time stamp is not valid.
Now they send me this: "You have advised that you are not the driver, please supply us with the driver details so we correspondence with the appropriate person.
As per the Notice to keeper letter, if this information is not supplied you will be liable under PoFA 2012 Schedule 4."
Any idea what to do next please. Thanks.

Yes get reading all around the Forum in particular the NEWBIES section, there you will find the answer/s to majority of questions including yours.
Just as a starter for you though you DO NOT have to name the driver and there is nothing in Law that states you must where parking scammers are concerned, they can hold a Keeper responsible using POFA but they have to jump through many hoops and get everything correct in order to comply with it.
Who is the parking scammer?0 -

Yes ignore but do read around the forum as suggested, learn A LOT MORE about the game you are now involved in its an eye opener. They have up to 6 years to bring a Court claim against you and some parking scammers do some don't but don't worry your a long way off that possibility.0 -
SO you saying that they can take me to court for £60 charge after 6 years? Sorry about my ignorance I am not very good at understanding laws. Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated.0

SCAMMERS ????? How do we know this ? Because they are members of the IPC/IAS scam
Any company who subscribes to the IPC/IAS is automatically deemed as a scammer.
No point in appealing to the IAS, it's a junky kangaroo court.
Just wait now, if the PPC wants to take it further you will hear from them.
In the meantime, be aware that you will get moron debt collectors contacting you WHICH YOU TOTALLY IGNORE

No not after 6 years, within the next 6 years but as I said some parking scammers take people to Court more than others, the more experienced regulars on here will know which type of scammer your is better than me.
You will probably be plagued by debt collectors with their 'big red letter' meant to scare you into paying threatograms which you ignore completely, you only correspond with the scammers (NOT debt collectors) IF you receive a genuine LBA/LBCCC.0 -

No, not after 6 years, but at any time up to 6 years. And there are thousands of cases going through the courts from across the PPC network.
So you can ride this out and see if they chance a court claim - they can’t take everyone to court - or pay them or try to get a landowner cancellation.
You say it was a ‘permit’ situation? Residential or company parking, or what ......?
If it does get to court there is help available on the forum to take you through the process.
LPS are IPC operators, so there are no sensible or successful appeals processes for you via their routes. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
