Hi Guys,
I received a parking ticket yesterday for parking in a restricted area (hatchings in the carpark) stupid of me i know!
It was in a privately owned gym car park and they are trying to charge me £60.
Is there any chance i can get out of this or do i have to pay it?

Complain to the gym in the first instance - assuming you are/were a member or using the gym.
I added your links but your VRM is visible, might want to modify the picture to obscure it.0 -
How did you get on at Court last year against Excell?
You don't seem to have updated your previous thread;

Complain to your MP. On 18th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these private parking companies. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.
Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
