It’s almost pointless trying to debate with any of these crashists as they often do these driveby posts that are never backed up when challenged or move the goalposts.

There's an old investment saying "This time is different". Cyclical nature of investing always means that there's a generation who have yet to experience a sustained downturn.

We will only be shown what they want us to see. France riots would give people here too many ideas so we don't hear about it. Msm is propaganda pure and simple and the majority of people are too trusting or too intellectually lazy to challenge what they hear or go look for the source or the other side of the story. Many are unconsciously tools of the elite, they think they are right and good because they are progressive and buy into everything they are told to say and think, when in reality their ideology is benefiting only the elite.
The thing about chaos is, it's fair.

Well that certainly explains the referendum result.

Yep, gotta keep fighting. The march last saturday was an amazing atmosphere, there were people who hadn't protested since the poll tax. I can't wait for the next one.

Careful what you wish for, if the yellow vest protest keep spreading around the world, we could see 2011 riots on steroids

I didn't understand any of that.

But seriously when the fallout really hits home, why will the situation be like with the riots this next time round

The only certainty with the brexit catastrophe is that the fallout is uncertain.

London property has now had its longest losing streak for many decades, and it's certainly looking to continue for some time yet.

Are you trying to buy in London?
Do you have close but not quite enough borrowing power to buy in London?

Unless you answer yes to both of those, then it makes no difference to you.

    I dont agree with that.
London does not operate in isolation.

People do move and the price of property is one of the factors that they consider.
